REPRINT POLICY
If you have received a printed product with which you are dissatisfied, please email pictures of the product to hello@v1ce.co.uk, highlighting what you consider deficient, so that we may advise and make changes where necessary.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the product, please do not do so until directed.
Any error in production, or if you have received something different from the approved proof, your product will be reprinted with no additional cost to you.
We cannot, however, be responsible for customer errors, inability to visualise the final product or ignorance with respect to warnings* sent out with all artwork proofs.

V1CE© is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.
Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.
Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.
As V1CE© custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. You may be able to track your order with the carrier provided.
Standard V1CE©Models are delivered within 1-2 weeks of confirmed purchase. Custom V1CE©Models may require up to 20 business days for production and delivery ,including additional shipping time.
For an Estimated Delivery Time, which is inclusive of production and shipping times, please refer to your invoice or email receipt.
In the event that we are unable to complete production within the specified timeframe, we will accommodate for the additional time spent on production with a faster shipping method so that you can still receive your order on/around the estimated delivery date.
Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is simply an estimate.
On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and clearance fees levied by the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. V1CE© does not have control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees.
Thus, we are not responsible for informing you of the specific fees that may apply; it is your responsibility, as the customer and the importer, to check what your country’s requirements are for all customs fees, before placing your order.
Please also be advised that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
